Overnight Oats with Blueberries and Chia

Ingredients

  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • ⅓ cup Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • ½ cup fresh blueberries

Instructions

  1. In a mason jar or container, combine rolled oats, chia seeds, milk, and a drizzle of honey or maple syrup. Stir well to prevent clumping.
  2. Gently fold in half the blueberries. They'll release their juices overnight and create a beautiful purple swirl through the oats.
  3. Seal the jar and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight. In the morning, stir, top with remaining fresh blueberries, a drizzle of honey, and enjoy cold.
