Prices are sourced from real grocery data across 15+ online markets and updated weekly. Each ingredient also includes USDA-sourced nutrition data (calories, protein, carbs, fat per 100g), making this a complete reference for both budgeting and meal planning.

Each ingredient is priced per its standard retail unit. Meats and seafood are typically priced per pound. Produce varies: items like onions and avocados are per each, while greens and berries are per pound or per ounce. Spices and herbs use per ounce.
